Session Chair – Bob Leeney, ITB
Robert (Bob) Leeney is a retired United States Air Force (USAF) officer. Most of Bob’s military career was as electrical manager on the Titan II and Titan IV Space Launch Vehicles, as well as Centaur upper stages. His primary focus was instrumentation and guidance systems. After retiring from the USAF, Bob worked for United Space Alliance (USA) on the Space Shuttle in the reliability section for NASA’s ground support systems. Bob then went onto work over 15 years on the Launch & Test Range System (LTRS) Integrated Services Contract (LISC) as the Risk Management Manager on the Air Forces eastern and western Space Launch Ground Support equipment. Bob is now International Trade Bridge’s (ITB’s) Director of Operations.
